Adding Certifications and Qualifications

Pilots can add their own certifications, qualifications, and training courses directly to their profile by clicking their profile icon in the top right corner.

Administrators can also manage this on a pilot's behalf by navigating to Settings → Users and selecting the relevant user.

Expiry Warnings

The system will flag any certificates that are expired or approaching their expiry date. This can also be configured to display a warning alongside a pilot's name when they are assigned to an operation, giving you an at-a-glance view of any compliance concerns at the point of scheduling.

Pilot Currency

Each pilot's currency status is visible on their profile page. Currency requirements, along with email reminder settings for expiring qualifications, certificates, and currency, can be configured by Administrators under Pilots → Settings.
