Flights → Missions
Flights have been reworked into missions, providing more flexibility and clearer structuring across operations.
- Pilot and aircraft allocation is now handled per mission, rather than per operation as before.
- Mission areas on the map are now labeled A, B, C… instead of numeric labels (1, 2, 3…), making them easier to reference. Added the ability to duplicate a mission, allowing quicker setup when creating similar missions.
- You can now hide or show individual mission areas on the map for improved visibility and focus.
- Flight logs are now assigned to specific missions, improving traceability between planning, execution, and logged data.

Aircraft Custom Fields
A new custom field feature has been introduced for aircraft (e.g. to help track where aircraft are assigned or operated)
Admin can define custom fields in Organization->Settings->Workflow and all users can add a custom field to an aircraft at the bottom of the aircraft information page
The custom field is visible in the aircraft table and can be searched and sorted. This enhancement lays the groundwork for improved filtering and future dashboard capabilities.
New User Profile Page
The user profile page has been redesigned to improve structure and clarity.
A new User Profile page has been introduced. Certifications have been moved into the new profile page, making them easier to find and manage in a single place. This change helps centralize user-related information and simplifies navigation.
Admin are now able to add and edit users Training, Certifications and Pilot Registrations to help with team management.
Training Log Export (CAP2606)
A new export option has been added to support pilot training record requirements.
On the Pilot page, the training log table now includes a new Export option: Export CAA Training Log. Training logs can be exported in CAP2606 format, simplifying compliance and reporting workflows.
Live Traffic Viewer Improvements (Enterprise only)
The live traffic viewer has been updated to improve clarity, performance, and situational awareness.
- Aircraft icons have been updated to improve visual distinction and readability.
- A new data confidence indicator has been added, making it easier to assess the reliability of traffic data at a glance.
- Performance optimizations reduce rendering overhead and improve responsiveness.
Measurement Tool Availability
The measurement tool is now available across more flight phases for improved planning and analysis.
The measurement tool can now be used both during flights (in-flight view) and after flights (post-flight view). This allows users to quickly measure distances and areas without switching screens or workflows.
Other changes:
-
Maintenance templates - added the option to choose the date when a maintenance template is applied to an aircraft.
-
Map Data improvements - We’ve made improvements to the airspace information displayed, including the addition of glider sites and small firearms ranges.
-
NOTAMs now show both the overall date range and the active schedule.
For example, if a NOTAM displays:Active: 13–31 January 2026
Schedule: 13–17, 20–24, 27–31, 0700–1600
This means the NOTAM is only active on those listed dates, and only between 07:00 and 16:00 on each of those days.
- Map Filters improvements - map filters are now grouped so that you can easily toggle on or off "All", "Airspace" (airspace items that affect <500ft AGL) and "Upper Airspace" (airspace with a lower limit of >500ft AGL).
