The compliance section of Dronecloud is where administrative documents can be stored, managed and kept up to date for use across the organisation.
- To upload and manage documents, navigate to Settings and select the Compliance tab.
- Specify a document name and upload the file.
- Common types of documents that might be managed here would be insurance documents, licences, permits etc. These types of documents usually have an expiry date and would need to be kept up to date. To set an expiry date and a forward reminder, use the fields provided to set these dates in the calendar. You will receive an alert when these require action.
- Your team can import these documents into a job by adding them as supporting documents within the Planning section of the workflow.
